Under the heading of the KISS principle, you stated the fuel pump was changed.
2 ways to do that, pull the bed or drop the tank.
More than likely they dropped the tank.
When you drop the tank there's a possibility of a pinched harness going to the fuel pump. Might want to start there, where work was done recently, and move on from there.
