LOL, I still say its the actuator or blower motor resistor.

Not sure.....but I would start with the actuator, since it controls the direction of air diversion. The resistor controls the fan speeds.

I don't think its the resistor as Summers said that controls the fan speed. Butt I believe you can check it by using a Volt Ohm meter and checking the different poles for different resistance. If you have an electronic controlled system then it doesn't have a resistor you can check its done electronically inside the controls.
