Heat barley blows out of defroster
Hey guys my 2004 f150 will barley blow heat out of the defroster anyone know of a fix? The heat works great just not out of the defroster.

It is a real problem when heated barley blows out your vents. Heated wheat is also messy, but heated rice is not bad.

Heated Bear Lee is also bad. You can however mitigate the bad by wearing Duluth Trading fire hose pants which are advertised as being tougher than a Grizzlies Grope.

Barley is a grain used in making beer and other food items. Barely means "almost none" or "hardly any".
Now that's taken care of, it's either the actuator or blower motor resistor. On my 07 Expedition, the fan only worked in a couple spots, replaced the blower motor resistor and I found out I had 8 settings total after thinking I had the 3 or 4 like most vehicles (digital settings, not the dial type).
