I have an 04 Scab 4.6 2 wd. Does the headlight switch panel come off? If so how? I need to get to the back of it to install a fog light switch. It looks to be a separate piece from the dash and vent, but I don't want to pry and damage anything if its not. Thanks

Yes it pops off, taken it off many times.


You need a trim stick or get a plastic tool, like a cheap plastic spackle tool. Pry around until the clips release, there may be 2 or 3 I think.

Thanks, went and got myself the plastic trim sticks. All these years and I never had them, always needed them.
