Headers won’t fit! Please help
Okay so I finally decided to tackle the dreaded passenger side manifold leak on my 2004 F150. I ordered a new set of flow tech headers that had very good reviews and everyone said they fit good. I installed the driver side but now the passenger side header just barely hits the shock tower right above where it is welded to the frame. I tried denting in the header which helped but i still can’t get all the studs started. Now I don’t know what to do, is there any adjustment on the motor mounts to move the motor over just a little? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Did you remove the passenger side motor mount and jack the engine a tad ?

No I didn’t but I was able to get the header to line up with all the holes and get two studs started but it’s VERY tight against the shock tower (we needed to use a pry bar to get them started)

Doubt it... never heard of flow tech... maybe that’s the problem.
