Head Gasket?
I'm losing antifreeze some how. There is liquid coming out of the tail pipe(doesn't smell like antifreeze) also white smoke. I also have yellow stuff in the oil filler cap. Does this sound like a head gasket problem?

The yellow stuff is moisture in the motor. It's normal to some degree. I haven't had that mustard since switching to synthetic.
Your coolant may have just evaporated some if too much water was added. Check the freeze plugs on the block and sniff around the motor. If don't smell antifreeze, then there probably is no leak, just evaporation.

The only time id expect to see the milking or yellow oil in a normal case would be a motor that gets short tripped often but like especial said it can be normal... But if it constantly has water and smoke out the tailpipe id lean towards possible blown head gasket

Yes because when the motor gets started and all the metal begins to heat it condenstes and if the motor doesnt get completley warmed up and driven long enough to burn of the moisture so it builds up

The liquid coming out of the tailpipe is normal. That's water from combustion.
If you're losing coolant rapidly, then there's a leak or a bad head gasket.
I've had my truck 3 years and the coolant level hasn't changed ever, so I suspect you have something wrong.
You could by a cooling system pressurizing tool and see what kind of leak down you have. This tool will make it easier to spot a leak since you won't be driving.

Combustion does not make water... The heat from the combustion heating up the metal causes it to sweat which is the water that comes from the tail pipe if combustion made water liquid would always come out
