harmonic balencer removal
What type of puller will I need to remove it. On my 05 .. 5.4 ...3 jaw or screw in type are there threaded holes in pulley to remove it. Will be needing it for replacing timing parts Thx

I would not use a jaw type puller. They make a puller specifically for harmonic balancers that uses the threaded holes. Your local parts store may have them for rent or I got mine from sears
