Default Hard start

Hello guys I have a 2008 f150 four-wheel drive pickup truck with a 4.6 l I've replaced the manifold the intake manifold I've replaced injectors fuel rail pressure sensor checked all my vacuum lines the EGR valve map sensor mass air flow sensor for new plugs in give it a fresh oil change fresh transmission change new plugs seems like I have a hard starting issue first thing in the morning starts right up after it's warmed up drinks about 15 times starter doesn't seem to release and I get a grind on the flywheel every now and then I customized my exhaust to a true dual exhaust with high flow converters cherry bombs go ahead and laugh and nice 16 in long 3-in wide tips haven't had a starting problem since I did any of that exhaust work until now the only codes I'm bringing up or catalytic converters and O2 sensors which would be common because of the exhaust work I did to the truck I also I'm experiencing a sputter like hesitation as I accelerate what are your thoughts

Probably a 20% this is the issue but I would pull down the spare tire and inspect the back side of the Fuel Pump Driver Module, FPDM (needs to be removed to see back side) for corrosion damage

X2 on the Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM). check the ground for it while you are under there.
