Looks like the truck is in decent shape. Not sure why the dealer just didn't pop in a new tail light. Regardless, that's an easy one to fix. I'd personally fix the seat cover too. Either a new cover or get a new seat cushion. Plugs are the only thing I'd probably put my foot down on. I'd demand they do a plug change regardless of if they say they're original or not. Changing spark plugs on the 5.4L isn't like most vehicles. You'll read more on that later if you purchase the truck. Good luck. Let us know what you do.
