Default truck as no more power

hi guys looking for some info
i have 2004 f150 and was starting to run rough at idle and then started to stall at idle or everytime i was driving and let go on the gas, brought it to a shop they put a big computer scanning tool on it and he told me i had to change the plugs and maybe some o2 censors
so i changed all the plugs(all 8 damn plugs broke in) no the truck stalling isnt as bad as before but, it dont seem to have any power compared to before i changed that. I open it up and its reving like no tomorow and having a hard time reaching 120km on this stretch where usually would be cutting out at this point
i have no engine light at all coming up

could my catalytic be clogged up
if yes how can i test this
or what else would you guys think it could be

dirty tb can cause rough idle and stalling
here's my thread on how to clean it.

otherwise it could be a lot of things, definitely clean the MAF too, sometimes dirt can get on them and mess them up, fuel filter is another big one, and cats as you mentioned, all fairly simple fixes. try some of these things, they're all pretty cheap to fix.

Have someone rev it up in park and go feel the pressure out the tail pipe. If it's low you have a clog. Sometimes the cat will glow red in the dark or have a funky order if it goes bad as well. Could be a dirty tb or iac as well. If it is freezing where you are and you only drive short distances, it is possible that the muffler will collect water and freeze and restrict flow as well. I've seen that happen only once.

Did you change your O2 sensors? They will cause stumbling problems if bad and you will not get a code necessarily.

i checked the pressure out the tail pipe it seems like theres enough presure coming out but it was almost imposible to hold my glove there as it burned right thru it and burned my hand too
is this normal to be this hot
