Well they said the correct part would be in tuesday or wednesday so I could bring it in when they call me. Nothing about my CEL not being on anymore. So hopefully I dont need to take it in anymore.

haha, I was an E6 before becoming an officer and I didnt go through OCS. It was good to go to college (ROTC) for my masters on the "green to gold" program. IMO all officers should be enlisted first, so they know what its like to be a joe. Thanks for the truck compliment

I actually agree. I wish e-5 was required before becoming an officer.. or at least e-4. My XO didn't know **** once we hit the line in RC East so he was basically ignored the whole time.
