mine says something about "file dosent begin with %PFD-" and it dosent work.

In doing some more research, it appears that Ford stores only a few years back from current year. If you get an error such as "file dosent begin with %PFD-" , this means your record is no longer stored in their datatbase for retrieval.

It did the same thing for me when I just clicked on the link, then I put in the VIN at the end of the url and worked like a charm.

You followed directions! If only the others would, we would not see so many complaints. I stated in my first post (along with a followup post) to do just that before pasting the link into your browser!
