Enter that link into your browser, and included with it enter your VIN number after the "=" as part as the URL. Worked for me.

The ford labels URL did not work for me. It kept saying bad request on both Google Chrome and IE.

If it cannot find a match to your VIN, this is expected (error). This database gets updated daily with new built vehicles, so Ford wipes out the old. Prior months/years are being deleted weekly as the new vehicles get added in.

A year ago I printed out my 2005; now it is gone from this datatbase.

I found this website worked better for me. Couldn't get the other method to work but this one worked perfectly.

Make sure you capitalize the letters in the VIN when you type them. Mine failed when I used small case letters, but worked after I capitalized the letters.
