Go with 4.56's unless you plan on going with larger tires in the future. The 4.56's will get you back to almost the same RPM's you where pushing with the stock setup.

This formula might help you with your decision on which ratio to chose. FYI the formula is from an article that I kept from Off-Road Adventures.
New Tire Diameter/Old Tire Diameter X Original Gear Ratio = New Gear Ratio

Just throwing this out here.... Actually a 4.10 will get you closer to a stock ratio than a 4.56 will. A 4.56 will put you a bit taller than stock (engine at higher rpm on highway)
