4.10 will give you a little more torque than your stock gears, adjusting for tire size. This will give you more power with the boat, and slightly higher rpm at highway speed. I don't think 3.73 will be enough of a change.

To put numbers on it:

Going from a 32" tire to a 35" tire is a 9.3% increase.

Going from your stock 3.55 to 3.73 will be a 5% decrease
Going from your stock 3.55 to 4.10 will be a 15% decrease.

Just to get back to stock feel, you need a 9.3% decrease on the gear ratio. To begin with, 3.55 gears are pretty tall for towing anything.

If your truck came with 3.73 gears from the factory(what my truck has with tow package), going to 4.10 would be a 9.9% decrease, which is very close to the 9.3% increase in tire size.

4.10, need I say it again.
