Default Gauge cluster lights don't work

I have an 08 150 and replaced all the gauge cluster lights with LED. There were a total of 11 of the #74 bulbs. Plugged everything back in and nothing was illuminated except the needles on the temp gauge and oil pressure. Took the others out thinking they may have been in backwards and needed to be switched, that did no good. Some of them have a black base and some have a grey base. Verified they were all in the same place I took them out of. Still nothing. Driving down the road, speedo and tack work and all the gauges move but no light except the temp and oil needles. No turn signal or idiot lights of any kind. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried to re-install all the original bulbs and fire it up ?

No not yet, I don't want to admit defeat. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. If I put the old ones back in and it works, any idea why the LED's would not?

Yeah, made sure of that. All else fails, I'm gonna see if I can find and FX4 cluster to put in there. Just don't like not being able to figure something out.
