ok so i just bought a 2004 truck, and a few days later it threw a code, soi went and had it checked at autozone, and its P0446, the EVAC system, i noticed when i filled up my tank that theres no check valve in the filler. is there supposed to be one? could this cause the code? i took a picture of what i mean..

its possible i dont know, i just got the truck. if so that would really stink.. but there deffinately should be one there, right?

Interesting. My 2005 didn't have one when I bought it but I've never had a code.

I don't have one on my 06 STX Scab but never threw a code either.

ok so maybe they just dont have them. ill have to take it in and get it looked at. thanks everyone!
