I'm having the same issue up here in Canada.

Mine is only when its cold out (below freezing) and at highway speeds. My buzzing is from the lower front window down close to the antenna.

In the summer, it doesn't do it, nor does it do it at speeds less than 55mph.

I believe it's weather striping. Mine is going to have to go in for new weather striping or some silicone around it.

Mine's an 07 Lariat Super Crew.

I am having the same problem with a 2007 King Ranch in Florida. At highway speeds, it makes a noise that sounds like it is coming from the driver's side lower left windshield. It does not always make the noise. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check your interior lights above your head. Mine does the same exact thing. sounds like something in the door, or windshield area, but its the lights itself. Mine personally is the driver side one. If you push it in to turn the light on the spring inside keeps it from vibrating, but who wants to drive with that light above your face, esp. at night. It took me forever to figure out what it was. I usually just tap it or cycle it on/off once and it stops for awhile.

Mine is not inside at all and its definitely windshield related.

When I pass a transport and the air currents swirl, the buzzing matches the air current.

Maybe check out this thread for some ideas:

Seems like a lot of folks are having issues with plastic/clips in the windshield area.

Thumbs up

The thread on the clips was helpful. I removed the cowel and found some type of rubber air or water shield between the fender and the fire wall that had come loose. This shield was in the shape of an upside down J. I think the lose edge would flap against the firewall creating the noise when I would drive on the highway. I secured this piece back into place, and secured the rubber molding at the bottom of the windshield with 2-sided tape that had also come loose. I re-secured the clips into the cowel and no more noise! I am really enjoying the quiet ride.
