OK, it took a couple minutes to scan the owners manual for this info,
Fuse 14 controls the following:

Back-up lamp and Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) relay coil,
A/C pressure switch,
Brake-shift interlock solenoid

Look at these things for any kind of frayed wires, corroded grounds, and so forth prior to chasing the wiring harness going to them. Is there any specific events that happen prior to the fuse blowing, what are you running when the fuse blows, these things point toward the issue. I personally hate chasing electrical issues, but looking to see what is on the circuit helps to find the issue most of the time.

Default same issue

I have the same issue in my 2007 crew cab fx4 I first noticed my 4x4 Hi dash light wasn't working and then my air bag light came on later in the day I turned on my A/C and it wasn't working so I checked the fuses and found one blown changed it and everything worked until the next day it all started again. Has anyone found anything out on this issue?
Thanks

Check the wires in your drivers side door bundle between the door and body. I had 3 that broke and were making fuse 14 blow. Fixed it for awhile but now its back to blowing and have not found the next spot yet but think that its in my steering wheel now.

Still trying to trouble shoot this. It is a FX4 with console mounted shifter. Thinking it might be in the transmission switch, as I had tranny work done this summer. One time it blew out right when the speed went over the 8mph and triggered the auto door locks (which don't work when this circuit is out) could be coincidence but will check there next.

Haven't had time to inspect the door will go there soon too. Bad part is, I need to get annual inspection this month and it wont pass if the fuse blows. Will have to put in a fresh one and hope it lasts for the inspection.

Try removing the AC Clutch & 4WD actuator relay in the trucks engine bay, see if that stop it from popping.

If you don't need AC or 4wd - try that. It will elimate the 4wd actuator electric and ac clutch from the system.

Default Same issue

I have a 2006 F150 and fuse 14 keeps popping. I just had a new transmission put in. However, I’ve had a couple other electrical issues not as alarming as A/C not working in NC in June. My brights no longer work, and I’d been having some issues with cruise control so I stopped using it. Did anyone ever solve fuse 14 by tracing wires?
