Default Fuel system upgrades

I have a 06 Lariat with a 5.4 3v, upgrades are; Cobra jet crank, Manly H beams and piston board 20 over and decked compression upped to 10:1, ported and polished reads, stage 2 Comp Cams, Accel coil pack, Milling 340HV oil pump, Aluminum Billet timing components, JBA long tube headers, S&B cold air, and a 2500 stahl converter. I am in real need of an upgrad in fuel injectors and fuel pump can anybody please help in giving me a few reasonable suggestions and input for this. thanks for your time.

The 24lb, six hole, Ford racing injectors should be good, these are light purple in color. You don't need to upgrade the fuel pump.

Personally, I purchased them from this specific seller a few months ago. Haven't installed them yet.

The theory is that (on an 05 and 06, with it's two hole injectors) with six hole injectors, the improved atomization of fuel will increase fuel economy by about 10%

I don't need fuel economy, I need more power my engine is starving for fuel currently.
