Fuel pump clip

How do you remove the clips on the fuel lines at the pump. Need to replace pump, but can not get blue, green, and yellow clips loose.

you can pick up a tool kit for these at O'Reilly or Napa fairly cheap. I think you can even rent them at O'Reilly
