I don't know, I never run my truck much under a half tank. I'm pretty sure my truck has a 26 gallon tank but I'd assume an extra gallon could be squeeked into the filler tube.

I've got the 28 gallon tank. Most I ever put in was 28.5. That was on a trip to chicago and I damn near coasted into the gas station. After installing my Lariat cluster, I have been checking the "50 miles to empty" Low Fuel warning and its right on about 50. I am getting 11.5 mpg (based on the lariats read out) so when My light comes on, it has about 4.5 gallons left. I have never gone past "0 Miles to Empty" cuz when she got to 1, she died and wouldnt start back up.... was runnin on FUMES. Dont tempt your LFL unless you have a can-o-gas in the back.

I squeezed 129 litres into my truck once, obviously I have the 135 litre tank. As for the kms/miles to empty thing, I don't really know how much I'd trust it. I've never had mine below zero. Both my father in law and my uncle have both had their Superduty's 20+kms after zero and made it so its hard to say...
