Default Front speaker mount plastic piece?? PIC

I'm taking my front door panel off to replace the door ajar sensor and also dynamat the front area.

Anyway, I broke these two things that mount the speaker to the door, the video online says to pull them out with pliers but yeah I did and broke them.

Here they are, the picture of the door shows the two missing. Is this something I can buy at pep boys or whatever or what? Or do I have to go to the dealer and buy a $200 door panel for these two pieces..........

Yeah I have to go to the local ford dealer anyway to get a door ajar switch, might as well ask them about the piece.

I'll poke around ford parts.com but sometimes it's hard to find little pieces like this.................

Worse case is I can epoxy it back, but then I don't be able to take the door off again, which is NOT COOL

Ford sells that as its own piece, and probably nobody has them in stock. What I did was drill it out so the screw passes through easily, and then installed a screw clip (also known as a Tinnerman nut) to the door panel. The plastic bushing is now just a spacer but it worked fine.
