Check your sway bar end links, I replaced mine and that cured the clunky sounding front end.

Sway bar runs from lower control arms on both side and attaches to frome on each side with two bolts each. Ends are ball and socket type and about $40.00ea. roughly.
Rock the truck back and fourth or have two people do so and one under the truck. Watch the end links and you may see if they are your noise. You have to rock the heck out of it and it may have a small feel of bottoming out but not like a full blown bammmmm bottom out, lol.

thanks! and yeah its not like a "BAM" (lol) but after i get over the sped bump it just drops quickly but there isnt really a slam i figured it if was my shocks, the truck would bounce but there is actually no play at all over the bump. I think im going to just take it for a diagnostics to find out ANYTHING that i should fix...any recommended places with a fairly cheap price?

Lariat... I have a write up on here about changing your sway bar end links. Take about 30 min and you dont have to lift the truck. Ill try to locate it for you or do a search for it. I have pics up and everything. Why pay a mechanic when you can save yourself the money.

EDIT: Here is the link... Easy as cake https://www.f150forum.com/f4/replaci...ite-up-180301/
