Storm Chasing Ford

I know this is probably a longshot, but, does anyone know of anyone that has installed weather surveillance equipment on their truck? I wanna know a good place to get the stuff from. I normally have my laptop sitting on top of my center console but, people seem to frown upon it, especially when I drive through my base's main gate with my radar on...lol.

Check out RAM mounts. That will give you a floor mount for your laptop, keeping it off the console and more secure

Good to know, although my question ws aimed at getting something a little smaller than my laptop considering my $2,500 laptop is 18" and huge!...lol.

Mount an iPad then? I think most weather software is computer based, you could get a smaller, cheaper ultra book and slap it in there.

You can buy computer mounts (like cop cars have) but I don't remember the site
