The owner wants 250$ do you think that is a wise investment?

I think Autoanything has them on sale for 296 and you can get a coupon code online and drop the price to about 250-260 I think..might wanna check that out before buying a used one for that price

nothing wrong with buying a used one, i bought mine used for 250 well over a year ago and have never had any problems with it. Just make sure the owner reverted it back to stock before disconnecting it and you should be good.

if it was not reverted back to stock the tuner will be locked to his truck, and you will have to send it off to edge to unlock it i think.

The gains are great... I have the Edge CS and it's a big difference from stock... I gained 3mpg in level 2.... NOT SAYING that you will see gains but i've measured mine for the last 4 tanks and it's consistent....

The torque is definitely better along with throttle response... I push the pedal and the truck moves my 35's with no issues....

I'd check EBAY first before purchasing from craigslist unless you are meeting the guy locally to make sure it works first.... With EBAY you can get your money back.... I bought a SCT livewire from Ebay that did not work and I was able to get my money back....

Not even close! I have one I got used and I really like it! Granny shifts hard, no speed limiter I'm revving up to 5800 rpm.. lots of good features! With the $ I saved compared to new I got custom tunes from php
