Default Stock 4wd stance for a 2wd?

I have an '06 2wd F150 with stock tires at stock height.

What exactly would it take to get it to the stock 4wd stance? Lift kit? Bigger wheels? Taller tires?

2" leveling kit and a 2" block in the rear.

Then upgrade from 31" tires to 32" but with the leveling kit you could fit larger.

2" leveling kit for the front, and either a bigger block or an add-a-leaf for the rear. Upgrade to 33's as well
