Default check engine light is on after TB cleaning!

Over the weekend I decided to clean my throttle body. good thing i did beacuse it had alot of build up. 116,000 miles and im sure the previous owner didnt much care for it. anyways after cleaning it and running out all the carbon the check engine light came on. im assuming it is because i had the air hose off so the mass air flow sensor wasnt reading correctly ? should i just reset by disconnecting the battery? or could something else be going on here?!

on a brighter note i plastidiped my grill! planning on doing the fender flares soon and maybe the bumpers as well

Softly get the vaccum lines back on?

I would do a double check on everything then do a throttle body relearn after you pull the battery overnight

Key in ignition, tun to 'ON' position without starting truck. Then as slowly as possible depress the gas pedal all the way to the floor. Hold for a split second then release it as quickly as possible. Then turn key to off position. Repeat this process 3 times.

Then take the truck for about a 30 minute drive with mixed stop go and highway.

You only need to disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes. But you should definitely do that.
