For Oil use fully synthetic, I use Mobil 1. Vary Happy with it.
Ford recommend semi synthetic witch I used for a wail. After switching to full synthetic the engine is smother and quieter.
For light sorry can;t help you with the mater, I don't have the info.

Motorcraft for oil...Im pretty sure thats what ford uses for the trucks at the shops if I recall correctly. I use the semi synthetic.
ALso, I have 6000k HID's all the way around. If you dont want another HID kit than you'll have to buy the bulbs that make it look like you do...I have 3 sets of HID kits lol

An oil debate just occured about two weeks ago; a search on "oil" will get you to the many opinions on oil and oil filters.
Be carefule of what bulb you use in factory fog assemblies. Some have reported here that they melted their lenses using too high a wattage bulb.

Just get the fake HID bulbs and hope they hold up. I tried APC and Putco bulbs in my headlights and they didn't last longer than 3 months, so now I have real HIDs
For oil, just run full synthetic and the manufactures specs. (fwiw, I use royal purple)

It's not the K that makes the bulbs so hot its the wattage. If you use a 35w HID kit for your fogs you will be fine. I have 6000K 55w in my my factory headlights and no issues....put the 5000K 35w Hids in the fogs, no issues. Just got some Hella 700's and another 35w HID kit to mount on my Bullbar. Once i get some time to do the HID conversion in the Hella's ill post pics.
Aso far as the Oil I run Mobil1 And change it every 3500 miles along with rotating my tires. I knwo i could do it less often but i love to get dirty and it makes me feel better knoing it's always fresh!
