Default Floor Shifter Lights won't work....

I have a 2006 Lariat with the center console/floor shifter and the lights on the shifter(P,R,D,1,2) aren't lighting up anymore. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else ??? If so is it an easy fix, and how do I go upon tackling that task. I thank everyone for their help in advance.

Mine didn't work since the day i got it. I got curious one day and where your console closes stick your finger in that hole and lift the plastic piece up. It pops out fairly easy. Then you should be able to see where the bulb is.

Someone just did a write up about a month ago on how to replace the lightbulb. It shouldn't be that hard, you just need to buy the lightbulb.

Thanks to you ALL for the replies and links to help me. Just went out and fixed it in about 4 minutes. Only took me that long because of the "tightish" space to be working with where the bulbs at. This is why I love being a part of knowledgable forum.
