Fixed front door rattle with bigger rubber bumpers
The rubber bumpers on my front doors were pretty tired and the doors rattled badly even on small bumps. I noticed the rear doors had two different sized bumpers so I asked the parts guy for the thicker ones. He came up with part number N811697-S and they worked great. I replaced the smaller bumpers on both front doors and they are now rattle free! 
Price was $3.50 each.

Awesome, My drivers side door has been making a crazy squeeking noise every bump since i had the door replaced. either a crappy mounting job or maybe the rubbers! lol. Ill check this out.

Great tip! Me thinks I'll go to my Ford dealer this weekend and order a couple for my STX. I'm starting to get that annoying rattle on the drivers side, and the passenger side door rubber stop is missing.
