Fix for that effing cold-weather lower righthand windshield squeak 2004 on
All F150s from 2004 on suffer from a cold weather noise that from the driver's seat sounds like it is coming from the lower righthand windshield area. Sadly Ford dealers often fail to identify and fix this problem and for those of us who can hear the noise, the squeak is like fingernails on a chalkboard.
So you don't trade in your F150 and curse-out Ford 'til the day you die, I show you (and the wind and weather techs searching for a solution) how to fix the problem.
I say "ahhh" too much in the video but it was cold outside and with the sun setting, I didn't want to shoot another take.

I would like to thank you EricTheOracle for taking the time to make a video a show pics on this. The little noises may not bother others but they drive me nuts.
I have had that noise when it gets cold since I've owned the truck. My brother-inlaws 2008 of course does it to. I've put little rubber shims between the windshield and cowl, thinking the cowl was rubbing on the windshield, but that wasn't it.
I'm going to get on that as soon as I can. Again thanks for sharing.
