Thank you so much for this post. I heard rushing water the other day only to remove my step plates and find a small lake. I was able to remove the rubber grommets and drain it onto the ground. Now I need to fix it and make sure it never happens again. I also heard of guys having problems with leaking third brake lights. I think I am going to seal the **** out of this weekend too, water in the cab is NOT something I am interested in. Best regards, Blair
