Thanks it also smokes a little until it warms up can this cam phaser issue be causing this or should I be checking something else while I have it apart

Not a lot but you can see the exuast from the side mirror

If its just a thin white cloud that's like see through I think that's normal...if its a heavy cloud that you can't see through there could be something more..
