Default Final adjustments please help!

hey guys tomorrow is the day and i am purchasing my wheel/tire package the moto metals on 33" terra grapps and i want to make sure i get the specifications correct. here is a link to the place im getting them obviously this lot is for different tires but same premise

and what do i want for the offset i dont really understand what that means do i want the -12 +18 or +30 mm ???
i dont want the tires to scrub please help as soon as possible thanks guys! i appreciate all the advice and help throughout this process

would it need to be the +18mm to fit properly according to the sticky thread about fitment???

From what I see in the sticky thread, you need a wheel with 4.5-5.5" backspacing if you have a 2WD and 9" rims on 33s. If that's the case then go with the -12mm offset because it. If it's a 4wd it should fit just fine.

OK so i was talking to a guy at a local tire place and seeing what he could quote me on this combo and when i said the reverse 12 fitment he looked at me like i was dumb and said no!! if you have 2wd and no lift or level you need the +30??? so which one is it because the fitment guide on here states otherwise??!!
please help
