Default Fender flares?

Hi so I am looking to get some bypass back shocks or a coil over shock for my 2004 f-150. I am starting to have my bilsteins to fade a bit and well I have been doing a lot of research and some of my friends say to get a coil over shock or a nitrogen shock for the back and do full coil overs in the front? Dose any have some info that can help me on this subject I am no that well versed on this subject but if any one is able to help that would be great. Thanks

the set up I would like is

a 2inch or 3 for the arms travel
coilover front end shocks
pre-runner bumper
pre-runner back bumper
And that is it for right now.

Well if I am going to have the travel in the front there is no way the regular fender flares are going to do it. I would be just hit the top of them if I just lunch the truck off of something ya know.

The title of the post is "fender flares" yet there the question is about coilovers.
