Pretty sure color matched is going to be the way to go, but go ahead and slap them on there black, and see if you like it. Might save you some work. Post a pic here also.

So yesterday I threw them on with duct tape to see if I like it and it looks great but I'm not sure if I rather have them paint to matched.

If you plan on throwing some aggressive black wheels, then I'd leave them black. I think it could look good that way. If going with anything that looks stock, I'd paint them. My $.02
