Heres what you need.
1 Can of this - http://www.rustoleum.com/CBGProduct.asp?pid=509
1 Can of Clear - http://www.rustoleum.com/CBGProduct.asp?pid=438
Don't waste your time applying a "restore trim". Just do it right and paint it.
Step one - Take off the hood. Four bolts, 2 on each side. Have someone help you lift it off, its awkward, not heavy.
Step two - Remove the plastic fasteners on the wiper cowls. Just use a flat screwdriver to remove and prepare to buy new.
Step Three - Remove the cowls, push um in gentley and pop um out, they have plastic clips on the underside, DONT PUSH HARD OR YOU WILL SNAP THEM OFF
Step four - Sand them down with something over 100 Grit. 220 is what i used.
Step five - Paint lightly with trim and then clear the next day. Then reinstall.
Easy easy easy, as far as the "fender flairs" you can use the same method. The most important step is clearing, if you don't clear they will fade again quickly. That is why they faded to begin with, ford never cleared um.
