Seems like alot of people are having problems with their window switches. Here's a hyperlink to an older post that describes how to fix the switches. It takes very little skill, about 10 minutes, and no special tools. I did this to all of my window switches after having a problem with one and haven't had a problem since. The guy did an excellent job on describing with photos how to do it. Kudos to him.

Great Post, Saved me 73 bucks at the Ford house. My passenger side window would go down but not up from the passenger control switch. The driver side controls all work fine, I took the passenger side switch out and cleaned the contacts as per the pictures. Works great now.
