Default Looking at BFG KM2 285/70/17's (pics?)

Ok, I have an 04 scab 4x4 fx4. Has AS 2.5" kit in front and rear Airlift bags. Im looking for new tires. I am running some 255/70/17 on 17" Motometal wheels. Im looking for a larger tire. Really not looking for a 35" tire as the truck will be used for personal plowing and to haul my toys into the woods. Dont want to deal with rubbing or clearance issues. The KM2 is offered in a 285/70/17 (claims to be 33x11.5). Thinking this will look good with the slightly offset wheels and eliminate any rubbing. Anyone have pics of this particular size tire with a level kit (maybe on aftermarket wheels) ? The tires are going to cost me $880. (Best my buddy could do. He works at tire shop and these were ordered and never picked up, so Im getting slight deal.) He has an 07 f150 leveled with 35's. Where we go camping in the summer really makes them rub and I dont want that issue. Not to mention the lugs tore into a good section of his front wheel well last summer once they were stuffed.

I didn't have the tires you are talking about but I did have toyo opencountry A/T's 285/70/17's on stock rims with a 2.5" level and I dont think I could make them rub if I wanted to.

They kind of look small. I hope some offset wheels will help make them look slightly bigger. Why cant BFG have a tire size I actually want? Anyone running these on an aftermarket wheel? Last thing I want is to throw down $900 on something I wont like.

Not BFG's but Toyo MT's, 295x70x17 on 17x9 wheel's. Tires are 33.5x12, close to 34 inches and no rubbing. These look a little better then my 285x70x17 spare set and I'm still able to get up to 17 mpg on the hwy with them. Only bad part is that they ran me close to $1300 buck's for them!

They arent that big thats correct! Got mine for winter. Got 295 70 17's for summer which are actually alot bigger looking.

Also bfg's always run smaller then other brands in the same size so you may find the km2's in this size smaller. They seem to be narrower in my experience.

I actually just got those exact tires last wednesday.

No rubbing at all, and only minimal road noise.

Great. Thanks for all the pics. Given my circumstances I guess they will work good for me. My buddy told me if I pay with cash then he could use his discount which would knock the price down to $792. I cant beat that so Im gonna go with it. Worse case senario they end up MY winter tires They look good and considering the price I cant justify hundreds more for another 1" of rubber. I will post pics once there on. I found another pic while using google. No idea who's truck, only know they are 285/70/17 BFG on 17" aftermarket wheels with level kit. Assuming its on the internet owner wont mind?
