F14 Fuse Blowing

We have a 2008 Ford F-150 Limited. While driving the truck suddenly hestitated and then the brake light, ABS, and anti swerve lights came on in the dash. The F14 fuse blew, which caused our back up camera and air con to stop. We replace the F14 fuse and it happened again, 3 times. It is intermittent. We unplugged our trailer brake and PCV valve heater. It blew again. Plugged the PCV back in but left the trailer brakes up plugged. Does any one have any ideas?

I think f14 also powers the digital transmission range (DTR) switch on the side of the transmission. It lives in a fairly hostile environment and would be high on my suspect list.

You could unplug everything on that circuit. Then plug them back in one by one and see what blows the fuse and go from there. Personally, I'd start with the ac since there are wires that run right beside the exhaust manifold.

Thank you, will try that. It's really annoying because today we put a new fuse in and rode on the freeway with the air con on and the fuse did not blow all day. Nothing more frustrating than intermittent!
