Default extremely rough idle, 2004 5.4

Help!! sunday afternoon while at a stop light, my truck suddenly developed an extremely rough idle. The whole truck shakes violently. I have tried trouble shooting with no luck. I do notice a very strong exhaust odor now which wasnt there before. I ran a diagnostic and these are the codes that i'm getting:
P0010
P0020
P0022
P0171
P0175
P2198

Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I would much rather fix on my own if I can. Thank you!!!

Wow. That's a lot. Have you ever:

Replaced your O2 sensors?
Had clogged cats, and why?
Had any injector issues?
Gotten your timing equipment swapped out (you or previous owner)?
Done your plugs and coils?
Also done VCT solenoids?

I have replaced all plugs, and vct solenoids. Other than that, I don't know if they other stuff you mentioned has ever been replaced. I have owned it for 3.5 years.

I'm assuming you mean the timing is off which means new timing chain? Cam phasers? Ugh!

If you're going to do it, do it all
