Extra plugs

Anyone know what the extra two plug-ins are that go to the back of the cigarette lighter in the center console

The few images I just thumbed through (Lariats at least) show a power pedal adjustment button and parking alarm cancel button.

power pedal adj is typically next to steering wheel.

he says center console, but wonder if he meant dash? regardless pics would help clear up question.
