Default Exhaust manifold warped. What to replace with?

Like the title says, I've got an exhaust leak on the passenger side of my 5.4 due to a warped manifold. I need to replace it and I only want to do this crappy project one time. What brand / model part should i replace it with? I was going to go with the Dorman but I found a couple of people saying theirs cracked after a year, and I don't want to deal with this project again anytime soon. If there is a high quality but still semi-cheap header I can replace it with, I'd be willing to go that route, too, just so I don't have to deal with this again.

Any thoughts?

I don't trust Dorman metals, especially on hard-to-replace parts. I replaced mine with Gibson headers. If you need, I can get you the model number.

Yeah let me know which one you purchased and how it's working out for you (And how long you've had it)

I'd prefer not to spend $500+ on this job, but like you, I don't really want to use something like Dorman on such a PITA project.

Oh, then you might be out of luck... I used Gibson's GP218S that I got for $350 open-box on Amazon, but new, they're $590. Then labor, if you have someone else do it. I've had them on since Nov 2014. You will notice more engine noise in the cab, which makes sense since they're thinner material, but I like the sound and they look cool.

I'll be doing the labor myself unfortunately. I'll talk to the wife and see what she thinks. She'll probably opt for the cheaper option since she's not the one doing the work

As far as the sound goes - Can you describe it for me? I'm OK with more noise in the cab, but I don't want it to be a constant droning sound. A good rumble is fine but an oversized bee I don't want to listen to on a long drive.

It basically just sounds like cam noise. It's more accentuated under load, that's about it.

If you want, I can send you my old manifolds. They weren't warped or cracked. I just wanted headers.

How much? I'd be open to that for sure, since I'll be replacing the studs with new ones which should help keep whatever I put on from cracking/warping.

Just reimburse me for the shipping price. I won't start a thread in Trades & Sales because this won't be a "sale," just a "gift" I guess. I'll PM you for your number so I can send you pics. Be aware, they are from a 2005 so of course they're rusty, but there was nothing wrong when I took them off. That said, they've been laying around for a while so this will be an "as is" no refund for the shipping type deal.
