Yep, i got an 04 with the 2v 4.6. Goin on 200k and the biggest job thats been done to it is the timing chain and tensioners

Honestly I'm amazed your 2v even needed chains and tensioners at that mileage. But either way, it's a beast engine (and I'm an historic GM guy saying that).
