Hey guys I'm having a vibration when taking slight left turns, I noticed that my driver side front shock's has a broken plastic cover and was wondering if these 2 problems mean I got to replace the shock? Please help!!! Thanks

 

Is it a 4x4? Do you have a driveline noise at certain speeds now? I had the hub bearing detonate in my truck which gave me both a vibration and howling noise. If i'm thinkin about the right thing, that cover around your shock is just extra protection for the exposed shaft... won't have any affect on the performance of you shock(s)
