Post Electrical ISSUES NEED IDEAS

So I purchased a 2007 f-150 4.6 V8 four days ago. I knew that it had some issues and I was/am ok with that. But its been a while since i worked on cars and need some assistance with this vehicle.
CURRENT LIST OF ISSUES::::::
----------When the car is turned off the front and rear lights stay on(told they turn of automatically after some time) it hasnt. started undoing battery.
-----------When car is turned off the radio stays on for X amount of time
----------The central locks/locking system does not work
----------The FOB does not work either
---------There is water that comes in to cab mostly centered around the dome light in middle
----------Water damage under drivers side carpet(NOT A PROBLEM BUT WANT TO FIND THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM)

Then today I have a buddy who has a specialized reading tool and this is what it came back with.
-----Powertrain Control Module FAULT 1
P1000-FF
-----Restraint Control Module FAULT 1
DTC:2292
-----Instrument Cluster FAULT 3
DTC:B1318-20(battery voltage level is too low)HOW I JUST BOUGHT NEW ONE LAST NIGHT!!!!
DTC:U1950-20(UBP COMMUNICATION BUS FAULT)
DTC:U2013-60(THE COMPASS MODULE IS NOT RESPONDING)
-----Vehicle Security Module FAULT 2
DTC:B1318(BATTERY VOLTAGE LEVEL IS TOO LOW)
DTC:B2872(TIRE PREASSURE SENSOR FAULT)

The guy who sold me the truck said something about the cause being some VCM behind the radio?? I know some of these are specific so im hoping someone on here can guide me in the right direction as to where to start and what to do. Trying to do it on a budget obviously but i know at the same time some things cant be sacrificed. I know im asking alot so thank you all for you help in this matter. Oh and goes without saying I am also brand spanking new to this forum.

having multiple threads for same issue makes it difficult to incorporate all info, follow responses etc.

Here’s what I’d do to start:

- go through and check, clean, tighten, your grounds, cables, terminals

- have alternator and battery professionally tested

- have fob battery tested or replaced

- search and read on third brake light leak, rear window leak, clogged cowl drains and door drains. Then test with hose.

- clear all codes (you don’t know what is current vs old)

- test drive a couple days and rescan for codes.

report back (maybe consider starting one fresh thread?)

good luck

There is a panel under your rear window. Pull that off. Look at the vehicle security module, the connections, and/or the wiring harness. Follow the door code videos to remove the rear seats and/or panels.

Replace the high mount stop lamp with an updated part, which has a better gasket. The water leaking from this location is probably what damaged your security module, and is the source of the standing water on the driver's side.

First, do what laterongc said about the OBD codes

Remove all four plastic strips from door sills. I expect you will have a lot of water in the wire channels under them. If so, remove the rubber plugs at front of troughs to drain water, dry out with towel and leave open until fully dry.

Remove the rear roof brake light plastic cover and examine gasket. You may be able to realign it and reuse, but replace it, or seal it with silicone if not.

If you have a sliding rear window, run/squirt water around the edges and see if water leaks into rear door troughs.

I suspect that most of the other problems are due to a bad Body Control Module/ Vehicle Security Module. It is often the cause of lights coming on by themselves, or not turning off when they should. For starters you can try removing fuse 6 at the passenger footwell fuse box to see what effect that has. On my truck it powers this module, and I'm guessing it's the same on yours.
