We want stickys to be for information only posts; no questions, etc. Two posts are fine, but if a question gets asked within a sticky, we delete it and ask the person to post as a "normal" post in the correct forum. This way the stickys stay clean and easy to navigate through.

took my evo off to do some updates and decided to change a couple things before I put it back on. I'm also working on making an excel page that shows all adjustments, their ranges, and a place to enter my personal settings. when i get done, i will gladly email it to anyone that wants to plan their settings ahead of time, and keep them organized

still needs a lot of work, but here is a screen shot of it so far

Am hoping by now someone has a tune for a 04 f150 5.4 3 valve with cai, exhaust and 275/65 R18 running 373's on 89 octane. Anyone?? Am about to toss my evolution because for some reason the on level 2 truck would run fine untill I hit overdrive and get a dead pedal and struggles to go up on rpm's and makes a vibrating sound from the engine. So I have gone back to stock mode until I can get a tune for my truck. I called edge personally and they don't offer tunes for sale.

Just got my Evo today and put it in. With just the stock 91 setting I noticed a huge difference. Now after reading this you all give me confidence to go do some more tweaking... But, I have a question... I have a flow master 40 series muffler and I want to put a K&N CAI on also this weekend. Is this going to make the truck have a rich/lean issue? If so, are there any adjustments I can make to the EVO to compensate? Thanks for starting and keeping such an informative post! (Sorry... Spell check got me)

WOT Fuel

This will only do you good at WOT but when I'm in performance mode I turn it up to 1.85. That means it puts in 85% more fuel.

Thanks man. After doIng some more research on this it looks like my best bet is to stick with the original air intake until I can upgrade to a Custom tune unit

Well, here's what I did. I set my GPS up and compared my speedo to the speed the GPS said I was doing. I have LT275/65-18 tires and the book said I should have my tires setting at 3559mm. My speedo was off by quite a bit. Though time consuming, I kept changing the setting until I got within .5mph of what the GPS said. My speedo reads approx. .5mph faster than the GPS. Figured that was pretty close and would rather show a hair faster than actual; keep the popo honest. Here are the settings and relative speedo to GPS readings:

2675 speedo read +3 to 4 higher than GPS
2550 +2
2400 -1
2475 +.5

These may not correspond directly with your tires etc., but might give you an idea of the differences the settings can make to mph.
