Default easily lower rear end???

Anybody know any tricks to lower the rear end of my 04 f150 a little more without de arching the leaf springs? I already have a flip kit installed but I want to drop the rear another inch or inch and a half to level it with the front.

If I remove the lifting hangers to my flip kit will I have to re route the exhaust pipe or make any modifications?

It will be close to the exhaust, probably have to take some measurement of your truck to be sure.

Not saying you will, however you might need different shocks at this point too. You very will could be out of compressed travel.

Default Another one wanting to lower

Mine is a 2001 FX4. I was going to remove the blocks between the axle and spring but I am not sure the threads on the U-bolt are long enough to tighten up the assembly afterward. Anybody done this successfully with the existing bolts?

I can not confirm that you could or could not re use the factory u bolts. However, it is recommended by the manufacturer that you do NOT re-use suspension bolts or nuts. You should buy a new set. I'm sure you could find them on e-bay for relatively cheap.
