I just bought a 05 f150 xlt with the 4.6 engine and it has dual straight pipes. Did it come this way from the factory?

nope most will be the single pipe like you see on the majority of the trucks. if it was upgraded but still oem then it would most likely just have a chrome tip or something of that kind
